Delivery & collection

Courier delivery is a fixed R99 per order. Collection is free; the collection address is confirmed by our team. PEP pickup fees are shown separately at checkout.

Delivery times and the collection address are confirmed by the team after reviewing your order. Nationwide courier delivery costs a fixed R99 per order, including orders over R600. Collection is free. PEP standard bag delivery (45cm × 37cm) costs a fixed R59.95, with delivery in 7–9 business days.

Orders & payment

Your order is reserved for review. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, delivery and payment details. No online payment has been taken.

Submitting an order does not confirm payment. Contact the team if you need to change or cancel an order.

Returns & refunds

Contact us promptly about an incorrect, damaged or unwanted order. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer rights. Keep your order reference and proof of purchase.

Your privacy

We store the name, email, phone number, delivery details and notes you provide to process your order or respond to your enquiry. Store records are available to the owner. This website uses a session cookie for the cart, security and owner sign-in. Contact the team to request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to required record retention.

We use a first-party analytics cookie, valid for up to 180 days, to count visits and shopping steps. Analytics store a hashed browser identifier, day, public page category, device/browser category and referral category for up to 180 days. We do not record IP addresses, full URLs, query strings, raw user agents, payment details or form contents in analytics. Do Not Track requests and signed-in owner activity are excluded. Traffic is labelled test while payment test mode is enabled.

We do not collect card details. Please do not include medical records, banking passwords or other sensitive information in order notes or enquiries.
